FEVICCOM’s National Struggle Day

Statement by FEVICCOM:

On February 25, FEVICCOM participated in the national struggle day, because it is necessary to respond to the concrete problems that workers in our sector are experiencing.

Pedro Milheiro, UITBB Secretariat Member

Labour rights are not suspended and workers are not alone, and there is an urgent need to reverse the devaluation of work and workers.

We fight because we cannot allow employers to take any opportunity to increase the exploitation and impoverishment of workers. We fight, because it is necessary to break with the model of low wages and precarious work.

In order to respond to the country’s problems, workers need to improve their living and working conditions, and in that sense, everyone can count on our Federation for the uncompromising defence of the interests of the working class.

THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES, IN THE COMPANIES AND ON THE STREET!
