UITBB congratulates APFUTU Pakistan for its 30th Anniversary
From the Trades Union International of Workers of the Building, Wood and Building Materials Industries – UITBB we congratulate APFUTU on the occasion of its 30th anniversary.
APFUTU, as one of the most militant trade unions in Pakistan and the Asia-Pacific region, has always fought every day on the first line, for the improvement of the living and working conditions of the workers, with special care for workers in the brick kiln industry, fighting against child labour and for the improvement of the position of women in society.
APFUTU’s militant spirit has materialised in many victories for the workers and, through international solidarity, for the workers of the world, who see upon APFUTU’s successes and are inspired to fight.
We are proud to have APFUTU in our UITBB ranks, with the former General Secretary, the late Pirzada Imtial Syed and the current one, Zia Syed. We will continue fighting together for all the workers of the world.
