FLEMACON’s 4th Congress was held in Santiago Chile from 2-4 December, with the participation of the different comrades from the Latin American construction and wood trade union organizations, headed by comrade Michalis Papanicolaou, UITBB´s General Secretary and Lucia Maia President of FLEMACON.
