Day of Indignation, Protest and Struggle in Portugal

The CGTP-IN promoted the Day of Indignation, Protest and Struggle with strikes and stoppages in various sectors of activity, and also protests with demonstrations of workers and pensioners through the streets of cities from north to south of the country, which caused constraints in the industry, health, education, and public administration services.

Thousands of workers showed their indignation and capacity to fight by taking part in the Indignation Squares in several cities across the country against the increase of the living cost and for the increase of wages.

FEVICCOM, in addition to strikes at companies, was also present at the demonstrations in the various district capitals.
